VP Racing Fuels, Inc. (“VP”) provides this Privacy Policy on behalf of VP and its affiliated and related subsidiaries (collectively, “VP”) to inform you of how we may collect and use the information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy covers your interactions with (“Site”).

Non-Personally Identifiable Information/Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, VP Racing uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.  VP may collect non-personally identifiable information including but not limited to browser type, IP address, operating system, the date and time of a visit, the pages visited on this Site, the time spent viewing the Site, and return visits to the Site. VP may use this information to operate our Site, identify or address possible threats to the Site or services and improve the experience of visitors that visit the Site.

Log Files

VP Racing follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Privacy Policies

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that may appear on VP Racing, which are sent directly to users’ browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that VP Racing has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Third Party Privacy Policies

VP Racing’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

VP Racing does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.


VP will offer you the opportunity to choose (opt-out) whether your Personal Information is disclosed to a non-agent third party or will be used for a purpose other than the purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

This Site may contain links to other sites operated by third parties. VP has no control over the information you supply directly to these sites. VP encourages you to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by this Site.

Changes to this Policy

VP regularly engages in self-assessment to assure that it continues to comply with this Privacy Policy. As a result, this Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time consistent with the requirements of the Safe Harbor. We will post revisions to this Privacy Policy on the Site.
