No, there will not be shuttles running to or from the airport during your arrival or departure. We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi for transportation to and from the VP Racing 2024 Distributor Conference. During the VP Racing 2024 Distributor Conference itself, transportation will be provided by VP Racing.
Taxis: Taxis are available outside both Terminals A and B. After collecting your luggage, head to the lower level (Arrivals/Baggage Claim area), where you will find signs directing you to the taxi stands.
Uber (and other rideshares): Rideshare pickup areas are located on the lower level (Arrivals) of both Terminal A and Terminal B. After requesting a ride, follow the signs for "Rideshare" to the designated pickup areas outside the terminals.
Upon arrival at the Kimpton Santo, please check in at the front desk, where they will provide you with your rooming information. A credit card will need to be placed on file for incidentals.
Check-in will be on Saturday, November 9th, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the hotel lobby. During check-in, you will receive your shirt, badge, journal, and other items needed for your stay.
Yes, VP Racing will cover transportation to and from all VP Racing 2024 Distributor Conference events. However, transportation for personal travel outside of the VP Racing 2024 Distributor Conferenceevents will not be covered.

Please note that VP Racing will only cover accommodations from November 8th to 12th. Any additional dates are considered extended stays and will not be covered by VP Racing.
All meals, except for one, will be covered during the VP Racing 2024 Distributor Conference.
- Starting Meal: Dinner on November 9th.
- Exception: On Sunday November 10th, you will have a free evening to explore San Antonio. Dinner on this evening will be at your own expense.
We recommend business casual attire. Please bring comfortable shoes, as there will be extended periods of walking at times, such as during the VP Racing Elmendorf plant tour (closed-toed shoes required) and activities in Downtown San Antonio.
