The VP Racing Fuels Driver Challenge was contested among Harlien, Blade Hildebrand, and Jeff Hoffman during the first three SST events held in Texas and California using a scoring system based on driver performance, driver media/marketing & fan judging of which driver performed the best on and off the track with the overall winner receiving sponsorship from VP.
